Organic products are certified by an authorised public body that controls and guarantees their production under organic agriculture which requires the elimination of commercial fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and other dangerous chemicals.
In Bio 3, we have developed from the first day the best health care products based on medicinal plants. The quality and efficiency of our products make Bio3 the reference brand for thousands of customers, both in Spain and abroad.
A Bio3 product has to be effective, healthy, developed with the highest quality standards and, of course, 100% natural. From the very beginning, we have elaborated our teas from plants grown in a free polution environment without using fertilizers or pesticides as our customers deserve it.
Our organic certified teas are identified and labelled with an official organic seal to help our customers identify what is 100% healthy.
We have 2 brand names, Bio3 and Bie3. They are both grown with environmentally friendly methods but only Bio3 holds an organic certification.
Although our Bie3 teas and capsules are made of a variety of organic plants, the administrative complexity of certifying a mix of wild plants makes official certification not viable.
Why is it so important to be organic?
- Organic products are healthier as they are free from fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and other dangerous chemicals which are commonly used in the conventional agriculture to kill insect and bugs. However these chemicals can also be dangerous for our body in the short and medium term.
- Organic products do not allow the use of genetically modified plants.
- Bio 3 crops help preserve the environment and prevent earth, water and air pollution.
- Our plants come from organic agriculture that undergo the strictest quality controls always under the European Regulation 2092/91.
- In Bio3, we contribute to maintain ecosystem and to sustainable rural development.
