¿ Who is ?
Rosa Ortiz de Zárate y Vidal is the coordinator of the Bio3 online team of experts in nutrition. Rosa has a Degree in Pharmacy by the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, and is still linked to its department of Nutrition. She is also in posesion of a Masters Degree in Feeding, Dietetic and Nutrition by the University of New York (NYU), in the United States.
Dedicated for the past 15 years in the field of the feeding, dietetic and nutrition, since her early start in New York in a program of nutritional counselling of the government of the U.S.A., she returned to Spain six years ago to approach various projects always linked to her professional field, amongst which is the direction of our Bio3 online counselling service. She is a habitual collaborator in various mass media such as TV programs, radio and health magazines. As an expert in nutrition and dietetics, Rosa now contributes with her knowledge and experience to solve your information requests.
She is a member of the following professional organizations:
